With some of the highest rates of divorce cases in Europe, we feel that simply 'going through the process' is not necessarily the way forward in most if not all divorce cases. Angelo continues: 'Mediation is a great way to truly look at the situation through new unembitted eyes and find a solution to the sometimes heart rending conditions that divorce can produce. Even if reconciliation is not on the cards, I believe that the first step should be mediation of some kind to ensure that the couple concerned do not spend their hard earned money on solicitors bills unnessarily.'

When all else fails of course, a solicitor can be seen as hte only solution and divorce will ensure. Angelo Barrea insists 'That we try to make the conversation as quick and painless as possible and reach a mutually benificial arrangement for both sides without having to resort to the courts.
